Quality product and ideal of large dinners !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st Stainless steel Wok utensil and I am pretty impressed. The best thing about is that it's quite big in size (15") and that should be sufficient to even cook for some large dinners. In terms of weight, I must say that it's reasonably heavy and which is a good feature in stainless steel items.
Off late, I am going more for stainless steel utensils as they are supposed to be the safest one. This being a 5 ply makes it a good choice and gets heated up evenly. I have prepared rice noodles in the Wok and it turned out to be pretty good. They didn't stick and I could get a reasonably good taste of wok cooked food like Asian eateries. Next, i cooked a cheese based dish and it did get stuck up a little as this is of-course not a non-stick but rather a stainless steel product.
In terms of cleaning, it wasn't tough at all and I just tossed it into the dish-washer after light scrubbing. Happy that it's dishwasher safe. Another thing which product is safe to use is in Ovens upto 500 degrees which is a good option although I am yet to try that out.
One thing which I would loved to have in this product is a glass lid as that would makes cooking of gravy based item less messy. Overall, I have liked the product for it's size to cater large dinners and quality steel. Would expect it to last decent amount of time.
