Beautiful doll to start the holiday season

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started off slowly and honestly a bit frustrated just unpackaging the doll. I do not remember ever having so much trouble taking a doll off the box carton. This doll had her hair sewn on - not just a small plastic twist. I had to use scissors and my daughters were getting very impatient. It should not take more than a few minutes to open a box and have a child start playing. But when you have to track down scissors, it gets frustrating and that is not good for anyone. Overlooking that detail, the bright red satin dress is prettier in person. Soft fabric and a big bow in front adds a girly touch. The doll is still nice and durable plastic. My kids loved the red nail polish on the hands. It is a small detail but very nicely done. Bendable limbs are great especially when removing clothes. The red shoes stayed in place, which was a great surprise. My kids do like this doll and have played with it a lot over the last few weeks. I like that the she is a bit darker skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The holiday Barbie is a doll that my daughter has always dreamed of having. She was so excited to receive this that when she got it, she instantly placed it in her dresser for display. She will not take this out of the box as for her it is a special Barbie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This holiday Barbie doll is so beautiful to open out of the box. Such an amazing collector’s item, with her beautiful dress and earrings. I love the bow on the front of the dress and the little net lining. Great edition to my collection and it came in great packaging as well. Love love love, would highly recommend.

Very Beautiful Barbie designed to display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was so excited to receive this Barbie doll. She loves playing with them. But this one was just a little different. Her reaction to the box alone was that it was so nice. I explained that this Barbie was a collector item and she had the choice to open or not. She chose to open the box. Her first comment after getting the doll out was her dress is so pretty!! This Barbie is very well constructed just like all other Barbies. This collector version came with its own stand to keep her standing up. After looking this Barbie over further, my daughter decided it looked too nice to play with and used the included stand to display her on a shelf.
