Neighbor left a note to turn down the bass and volume

Product malfunctioned on the second day as volume fluctuated without any action; wiped out minimal dust on top surface and no issues since then. Neighbor left a note to turn down the bass and volume as it kept her up all night. Can't complain about the product but a new neighbor is welcome.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
I would recommend this to a friend!
