I also got the Sony sound bar, with a built-in base and Bluetooth ready, which allowed me to use it with my laptop and home PC, triple duty. Why the wireless features of Sonos and Bluetooth on the surround speakers were excellent? Don't know why the sub and soundbar did not have the same features. Also, there is no option to change EQ settings, which I would like to change depending on gaming or use.
Pros: Easy To Setup, Wireless Surround Sound
Cons: Bluetooth Limited, Equalizer Limited

It's just ok, the sound is nothing to write home about. Oh yeah and now I can't shut my tv off without asking Alexa. For the money, its just mediocre. Had a Sony soundbar and subwoofer. The Sonos soundbar alone completely outmatched the bundle. Looks good mounted on the wall and I love the versatility of their products. I will continue to add components, but the soundbar alone is great quality.

I had a Samsung speaker bar on my Samsung 55" Smart TV, and it was adequate for news broadcasts, but not sports. Swapped in the Sonos Beam 2 easily. It is smaller than the old Samsung unit but it sounds larger. Excellent clarity with full range sound. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

I have 3 of them now. I had bought Samsung's before being turned on to these Sonos. Better sound quality in a smaller unit and no need for a subwoofer which saves space. Super easy to link up and put together with my Sonos Move, I get better improved sound!

Initial set up was good, 2 days later audio wouldn't play. Apple TV gen3 Samsung tv through eArc. Reset tv and Apple TV. All software up to date. Audio worked for 1 day then stopped. Tried my old audio setup again with no issues. We returned the device as no troubleshooting methods helped and many reviews on Reddit with same issues.
Cons: Difficult To Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable
