Needed help setting up and the lady I talked to was very helpful and patient. The sound was perfect for our needs and voices clear. Now we can add speakers whenever we want. The ability to build the system allows us to get it just the way we want without having speakers we do not need. the sound bar was the perfect size and the sound is amazing
