It's all good. Together with my previous beam + the Sub and Two-Room set, it's like living in the middle of the sound. Spectacular!
Cons: Difficult To Setup
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV soundbar and music speaker that I would buy again.

I bought it to replace TV Sound-bar to use to make TV volume clearer which it does nicely. I did not plan too but use it to play music and it is awesome. I now plan on adding speakers to use with Beam and on their own as well.
Pros: Dolby Digital 5.1, Easy To Setup, Easy to use, Playing Pandora & Spotify music with amazing so, Speech enhancement, Superior Sound, Versatile
Cons: Find no cons as yet

Went with the Sonos Beam for our 1st sound bar, to compliment our 55" 4K tv. Great sound enhancement. Also love streaming music with this bar.

If u need that surround sound, the beam is a must have. Speaker has great sound & quality; I have it in my back yard hooked onto my TV_ I love it and my neighbors can't believe this beam provides such Superior Sound. I will advise you too purchase this beam < it will bring movie & sport note together > I'm the man on the block!!

My Beam is connected to a Sony 65" TV. The range and depth of the sound is far superior to TV sound

Great update to an excellent bar

As a Beam Gen 1 owner, I was curious if Atmos support and improved dialog support would be noticeable. After watching a number of movies and shows I can say Gen 2 is noticeably better. Paired with a Sub and OneSL surrounds, I get fantastic sound with movies and music. I really appreciate the backwards compatibility with the wall mount. Was great not needing to buy and install another mount. Highly recommend to new and Gen 1 Beam owners.
