Best sound bar I've purchased. Perfect size, great audio quality, easy setup and usability. Couldn't have asked for a better sound bar. Looking forward to expanding my sonos collection.

I'm using the Beam with my C1 LG tv. It provides slightly better audio than than the tv speakers. The audio is slightly out of sync with the picture and cannot be corrected on the app.
Pros: Dolby Digital 5.1, Easy To Setup, Easy to use, Night Mode, Speech enhancement
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to replace my previous sound babe and decided to try the Sonos. I'm so impressed with the sound. It's clear and crisp. I highly recommend this product

Love the sound quality. What would make it better is more connectivity options beside just the one earc option. You cannot connect other devices (like a blu-ray player) directly to the soundbar. The fact that unless you have a very recent model TV which comes with earc, you can't really get the most out of the Beam (Gen 2). To buy another TV just for this will add too much to the cost. Finally, airplay2 from a couple of Apple devices (Mac mini, iPad Pro) gets disconnected when soundbar is idle, sometimes you have to restart the device if the soundbar was idle for a length of time.

Does not work with TV remote controls

I like the sound but the ability to change the volume level is haphazard. The volume will sometimes increase with the volume up and a lot of times it will not. This is the same for 3 different remotes.
Cons: Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

well i have in a small room and hooked up to a brand new 43 inch sony its very nice the voice coming through that speaker is great so far no problems with using speaker everyday its easy on my ears

Cons: had to reset my password and call in to sonos to, i would like a seperate remote with is system, not easy for older guy support was great, they sinc my speaker and got it running i think, too help with set up and find code on speaker no

I added the Beam Gen 2 to my new Sony bedroom tv. The sound is awesome! There is a lot of bass when you use the Sonos App equalizer settings. I will add the smaller Sonos Sub in the future when it becomes available. I like a deeper bass you can only get with a sub. My biggest complaint was setting it up. It took me about 3 hours. I wish there would be better set up instructions. I feel the lack of Bluetooth makes set up harder as well. Not sure why Sonos product's are Wifi when Bluetooth seems so much better ! I know lack of Bluetooth is a deal breaker for many people. I have friends that won't buy Sonos for that very reason. I went from Bose to Sonos. Sonos wins in my household. I have the Playbase , pair L1 & subwoofer in my family room , the sound is amazing. Just like being in the theater!
