Sound randomly stops working

I use it for my TV and the sound has been randomly turning off in the middle of watching anything. I have to turn my TV off and on at least once a day. This is with all the troubleshooting and nothing going wrong on my end. Otherwise sound quality is good.
Pros: Superior Sound
Cons: Unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love how easy it was to use, but especially love the phenomenal sound quality! Its great for listening to music, watching a movie or playing video games!!

This product couldn't have been easier to set up, better than the ARC I bought 2 years ago. And sounds great!

Easy to set up, Sounds GREAT, love the settings for vocals and the wifi hook up to tunes off my phone. much better than what I had before.

Big improvement over TV speakers

The sound bar is excellent and the so is the control software. I have a Samsung NU8000 TV (2018) and I found out the hard way that it doesn't support DTS. Any DTS input signal is downgraded to PCM stereo when using ARC on the TV :( It appears Samsung dropped DTS support in 2018 so be careful!
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
