I tried to use speaker on my new Samsung TV. The speaker does not work properly. It keeps disconnecting from the TV and the sound cuts off. Then, the sound does not conme on agains without re-booting the tv abd cable box. The person who sold and installed the speaker on our tv finally gave up and took it back. We had nothing but aggrivation from this speaker. I'll never buy a Sonos product again.
Cons: Difficult to Use, Unreliable

There is only one TV in our home, much of the evening Music Choice or YouTube music plays as we relax. Our former speaker aged out of "smart" realm. Enter the recently purchased Sonos Beam, an absolute upgrade in sound, convenience, and appearance. Hooked to an OLED smart TV, movies and sports are more enjoyable as well. The Beam is an absolutely quality product, from packaging, connection, to sound reproduction that is second to none. Highly recommended.

I have had the sound bar for about 1 1/2 years and it seemed ok. Not very loud but good sound. The part few months it works when it wants and when it does work and there is any type of bass sound it sounds like a tractor truck. I have tried to google the problem but have had no luck. I have attempted to call the company and no luck there. I did pay a good amount for the sound bar and was hoping to get more than 1 1/2 years out of it. I just I need to go back to my Sony products.
