I bought these to wear on the plane. Ive' been testing them at home, wearing them for hours at a time. They are very comfortable and the noise cancellation is wonderful.

For a premium product, I hoped for much more. The audio frequently changes volume while listening to music, like bt bidirectional mode engaged. Or if not that, then while playing music the volume will get randomly cut in half. The fit is a bit tight for me too. It's shocking how a previous generation lower end model came with a case but this had it as an addon (although free). Otherwise meeting audio is good, though I don't know what folks hear on the otherside. Music when it's working sounds great too. Good sound stage. Good bass. Maybe a firmware update could fix it all?

I must admit that the price to performance is out of this world. The noise cancelling hits way above its class and call quality on the other end is crystal clear. There’s a few software bugs but I’m assuming that an update can fix that.
