The sleeve that connects the product to the blower is a flexible fabric which negatively impacts the functionality of the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ordered second box to extend to second floor, works well. They piece together well and overall no need to climb roof.

Bought second one for two story . everything about it is very good, screws together securely but the cowl for universal units is canvas material and flexes when raising so you need one hand dedicated to holding that and one hand for the top part so you need a shoulder strap for your leaf blower or a third hand !
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear this tool has not met your needs. This kit, fits most brands of blower/vacs up to 5" diameter. Pieces twist together for tight fit. We'll take your comments and pass them along to our product design team for future consideration. In the meantime, please feel welcome to submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). They're always happy to provide help.

Believe every comment that states the adapter can come off during use and not easy to use. That being said I have used it twice, both times allowed me to clean the gutters. The second time with fewer issues with the adapter. I'd prefer a attachment made for the blower mot universal but this is what's available
