Bent side burner grate

Everything in the grill looks great just put it together. However, the great on the side burner is bent with the paint chipped off a little bit.

Im happy I finally picked up the grill . But putting it together is a joke it has abc and nunber of screws well half of the abc are not there and then holes for the screws were not drill for the screw. This was very upsetting to do on top of this is the grill my dad purchased for his bbq he wanted a party before he passed for his self he purchased if and the passed away within hours ao this was very upsetting to put this together knowing why he wanted the bbq and then to have all theses problems is upsetting even more
