ridiculous assembly

The main wheels. which are one of the first parts needed, are buried deep in some sub-packaging and not visible unless everything is un-packaged. I ended up setting the base on some blocks so I could continue assembling the grill assuming the wheels were forgotten in packaging. There is nothing in the documentation of where the parts are packaged, so unless you have the room to un-package an lay out everything and are confident that you won't need to box everything back up because something is missing, it can be a very frustrating experience. This could easily be avoided by labeling each of the sub-packages and listing the contents. A frustrating first experience with a product leaves a lasting impression

I couldn’t be happier with this CharBroil grill! The quality is outstanding, especially for the price. It’s sturdy, well built, and feels like it will last quite a bit. It has plenty of space for family gatherings. Assembly was straightforward, and everything feels durable. If you’re looking for a reliable grill that performs great without breaking the bank, this is absolutely worth buying.
