This little toaster is a replacement for our larger 4 slice toaster which finally bit the dust. Now that our children are grown and out on their own this toaster was a perfect fit for us and it has more features than our previous toaster

Thank you for this request for a review. I have contemplated writing to YOU. I have a problem with my toaster. One side of the bread is too brown, while the other side is not toasted enough. I have adjusted the temp knob several times but get the same result. I would really like to exchange it, if possible. I will answer the questions below in view of my comment here.
