An ok toaster. Constantly toasts one side of the bread more than another. Also when put on “bagel” mode both sides that the bagel is in heat up. A previous toaster I had only heated one side so the flat part toasted. Not sure if this is a problem with this one or it is made to heat both sides of the bagel. Again, it’s ok for the price.

The best feature of this toaster is the price. It browns your toast very unevenly, the bottom is always dark & the top is very light. The bagel setting seems to brown both sides. Thick bagels will not fit, I found a store brand bagel that with a little coaxing will work ok.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this toaster. The plastic knob & buttons are flimsy - not the Cuisinart quality I expected. Additionally, This toaster burns items unless it's at the very lowest settings (1-2).
