Replacement bottles

I needed to have replacement bottles due to the old one being destroyed in the dishwasher. I was able to get the replacements and the process was easy.

Not Dishwasher Safe!

I had four bottles and now I have two :( Two of them literally melted in my dishwasher which is brand new. No other plastic melted, not even Tupperware. Don't believe the words "dishwasher safe!" It is not.

They are not dishwasher safe

I've had my Sodastream Terra for a few momths and really like the convenient, low cost sparkling water. The only issue is that the dishwasher safe bottles are not. Two of three have become deformed around the neck. They cannot be used any longer because they get stuck in the carbonator.
I am also seing the issue with gunk collecting under the base cap. I know it's on the outside but kind of disgusting.

Dirt gets trapped between the base cap and the bottle

We purchased the 1L slim in white. The white cap at the base is not removable for cleaning and is not completely sealed allowing for dirt, mold and gunk to get trapped. Wish we had purchased the model for glass carafes instead.

love the product. but no one told me what happened to my original order. i had to request a new order a few weeks later - with no communication from soda stream even though you had my money and i had no product. once SS recognized that the order had not been fulfilled (because i contacted you), you immediately took care of the problem, but only after I initiated contact. i felt like no one cared until i made someone care... otherwise great service and product.

I received my machine in November and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I used to buy 12 packs of seltzer and just not having to lug the cans into the house is a blessing.

I love that they are dishwasher safe but one arrived all beat up. I didn't return it because it is still usable, just disappointed that it was so badly scuffed.
