Has crashed daily for months, nothing fixes it

I purchased this Aqua model in December 2025.
Since about March or so, the GPU fans randomly go super fast and the monitor goes black. The computer still responds to my keyboard and mouse actions, and I can still hear whatever audio is playing.
I have done the DDU process. All drivers have been updated. I thought I had fixed it when I physically reinserted both the GPU and RAM sticks, but the issue still persisted.
I sent back the GPU through the RMA process and received a new RTX 5080. The crashing still happened with the new 5080. I then updated BIOS to its most recent version. 5 minutes after I updated BIOS, the computer crashed again.
After removing all the plastic filtering and slighting lifting up the GPU and my support stand, the Aqua stopped crashing for a month. The power cables and RAM sticks are tightly connected. The inside of the computer is dust free. It's placed on the top of my desk. When operating normally, it is a very quiet computer.
The crashing has since resumed. It has happened yesterday and today. It only happens when I'm casually browsing the Internet, and never playing games. It seems to happen within the first 5 or 10 minutes after I turn it on.
This is the only issue I've had with this computer.
It plays games wonderfully. Uncharted: A Thief's End and Final Fantasy VII: Remake looked gorgeous!
This is the most expensive pre-built I have ever purchased, I should absolutely NOT be having a single problem.
I have had used less sturdier, much more basic computers that has never given me this issue.
I do not know if it is a software or hardware issue.
My only choice is shipping a very, very heavy computer to California under Skytech's one year warranty, which I really have no desire in doing so. I would have no computer to use for who knows how long.
I have never been this frustrated with a computer before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Built Quality and Parts

After doing a lot of research on different pre-built PC companies, I finally settled on Skytech because of the consistently good reviews, and I have to say I’m not disappointed at all.
For the price I paid for this PC, your mileage may vary with how constantly prices are changing in the PC market right now, I think the value is fantastic. The build quality is excellent, the cable management is clean, and what impressed me most is that Skytech doesn’t seem to have skimped on the smaller components just to hit a price point.
Interestingly, I actually received a better motherboard than what was advertised. At the time of writing, the listing states an X670 motherboard, but my system came with an ASUS X870 board. I also received a Zotac graphics card, and while Skytech makes it clear that a specific GPU brand isn’t guaranteed, I’ve been extremely happy with the card I received.
Overall, nothing about this build feels like they simply threw together the cheapest parts they could find. The component selection feels thoughtful, the internal aesthetic is cohesive, and the entire system feels like it was actually put together with some care.
After seeing the finished product in person and using it, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Skytech definitely earned my respect with this build, and based on this experience, I’d have no problem buying another PC from them in the future.

The best gaming PC I've ever owned

This Skytech AQUA PC far surpassed what I've ever expected! I've been PC gaming for over 3 (yes 3) decades. I've had many, many pc's through the years and I've never been more pleased than with my Aqua. I've had the store bought pc's, and even built my own PC way back in the day with the AMD Athlon Thunderbird processor. I even went the way of Alienware and have owned an Aurora as well as an Area 51. I'm more pleased with my Skytech gaming rig than any other PC I've owned. The aesthetics, and just the beauty of this PC is a work of art....but that's just a bonus. The performance of the AMD R7 9800X3D paired with the NVIDIA 5070 Ti is a perfect match between a CPU and GPU. High frame rates, high performance and high value for the money you spend on a gaming PC is at the core of PC gaming....SKYTECHGAMING delivers on all these values!

Decor spot, cpu cooler, 2 TB

Bought this computer back in December and I honestly love it. I’m someone who has always had a crappy PC and lagging and horribly quality all around. This PC makes everything feel so smooth and easy and I can run any game without having to worry. This computer has been a game changer for me. There are only a few minor things that I’d change -wish the gpu was white to match everything else. I also have a few issues with the Rgb app it comes with to control the lighting in the PC. I love that I ca change it and make it to what ever I want but it likes to conflict with other apps causing certain light affects to not work. I also cannot be the original RGB color it does when you first turn it on. Once you change it, it’s almost like you never get that back. Overall I have no complaints about how the computer runs or gameplay. I love it!

This was my first pc I’ve ever bought, great product. 5080 is a beast everything is ready to go out the box. Simply plug and play. Ready for any task you throw at it

What a pre-build!

This is the first PC I haven't built myself in 20+ years. They did as good or better than I would have with the whole thing. I was worried but was comforted as I unboxed it and saw the care and effort put into the built. All the parts were name brand and even the bios was updated and set correctly.
