Chemical elements... Dangerous product.

I was in line to check out and my husband looked over a bottle and was impressed with it. I told him to grab me one since I have used Contigo for many years. We didn't look closely at mine and found a sticker, only on the one warning it contains formaldehyde. Seriously?

Bring back the old style!

I really miss the old style of this water bottle. This style is too big and bulky and I don't like how the straw whistles when I drink out of it.

HORRIBLE REPLACEMENT to AMAZING ORIGINAL DESIGN

Horrible replacement to its predecessor!! This new version has an annoying straight up and down straw that gets caught on the carrying handle, not to mention the paint will eventually chip!!! I miss the original ASHLAND chill 20 OZ with the CARIBEENER, SLANTED STRAW, SLANTED CLIP HANDLE & STAINLESS STEELE OPTION!!
Things for the design team to consider when creating replacement:
-24 OZ with same bottom width as previous design (to ensure it fits in a cupholder!
-REPLACE OLD PLASTIC CLIP WITH STAINLESS STEELE CLIP - DESIGNED EXACTLY THE SAME! (I never had any issues with the plastic one and I have used and abused my original Ashland cups!)
-STAINLESS STEEL BODY OPTION (as the paint will eventually chip)
-BLACK LID OPTION
-KEEP LOCK FEATURE
-GO BACK TO THE OLD SLANTED STRAW & SLANTED HOOK W CLIP!!
-24 OZ with same bottom width as previous design (to ensure it fits in a cupholder!

no way to clean adequately

I've had this water bottle for a few months. It seemed worth the investment and worked great until i needed to clean it. Black mold was growing inside the mouth piece. i could not adequately clean the entire piece with a bottle brush so i took the bite valve out. Unfortunately there is no way of getting it back in place. Bad design. Now i can't use the bottle.

Can’t be cleaned properly

I loved this water bottle in every way until I tried to deep clean it…I took it apart unaware that it was not able to be put back together. Even went as far as YouTubing ways to put it back together and had my husband take apart the whole lid! It’s useless now and will be searching for another one similar but that has the ability to be cleaned without destroying the lid!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need a way to just replace the lids

I bought one of these over a year ago - I hand wash mine - After about 3 months of daily use the vacuum seal was not working properly and I could barley get any water. I would take it apart and put it back together and it would work for a bit then stop. I bought a second autospout bottle (complete) thinking it was a one off. After approx. a month the same thing began to happen, then the spout would not even pop up. I am so disappointed. These are great at keeping my water cold even when I forget them in my car in 90degree weather - not kidding they still had ice inside despite the exterior of the water bottle being the same temp as my car interior
Just wish there was a way to get a replacement lid - Or heck for the lids to last longer than 6 months with daily use

Was the best until…

Best water cup ive even owned until i coukdnt sip water through the spout. I opened it up to find that one of the parts had torn. Ill attach pics. I cant find where to purchase or replace the part now. So sad as this really was my absolute favorite cup.

Leaks after 3 months

Got this for my daughter for school less than 3 month ago. She has used it for the first 2 months of school and it leaks already from the air valve below the locking mechanism.expected better
