Not a strong vanilla flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vanilla coffee smelled like plain coffee as it brewed. The vanilla flavor wasn’t as strong as I hoped but it still made for a very nice iced coffee. I paired this with coconut creamer to make a summer ready iced coffee.

Used to be amazing

I was wondering, like everyone else, what changed. We used to be this over a fire ejected we were camping and the smell wafted throughout the campground. Now I can't smell it being in our house, and it tastes like regular coffee. The vanilla is gone
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Folgers is one of the best coffee brands and this did not disappoint. I LOVE the vanilla flavors especially, this gives black coffee a whole new meaning. I love it and it smells delicious while brewing.

Missing my French vanilla coffee

Why would you change?

My wife and I HAD been drinking Folgers Vanilla coffee for years. But something has changed. It’s awful now. We switched to BRC. So sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whatever You Changed Ruined This Coffee

A couple of months ago I would have been giving the Folgers French Vanilla AF Coffee 5 Stars, but unfortunately the last couple of cans I've purchased will be the last and have made my rating a 1 Star.
I've been a coffee drinker since my teens and always black. A while ago I was contemplating putting a little flavor in my coffee, but I didn't want to use creamers or other liquid additives. Then I saw this and decided to try it. The moment I opened the can the sweet smell of vanilla was in the air. While it was brewing it made its way throughout. I really enjoyed that scent and the taste. It wasn't overpowering, but it was noticeable.
I'm a retired truck driver and I've had a lot of coffee. I've had really good coffee and I've had really bad coffee. This was really good coffee, until it wasn't. These last couple of cans had no distinct Vanilla aroma when I unsealed the cans, while being brewed, and definitely not while being drank. The flavor of these last two cans has got to be the worst coffee I have ever had. It's extremely bitter and leaves an aftertaste that just doesn't go away until you drink something else.
I don't know what you've changed, most likely to try to save a few cents. You need to change it back because you've made this coffee garbage. I sure as heck won't be buying anymore Folgers. Not of this flavor or any other. If you're cutting corners here like this, you surely are with all of your products.
