Bad batch

I am a new coffee drinker and I regularly use Folgers K-cups and they are fine. However this was the first time I tried to use ground coffee with Folgers and I am totally disappointed. Epic fail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have also been buying this coffee for years and have never complained about paying a premium for the flavor this coffee had. However, the last few times that I have purchased it, the flavor has been gone?? Please look into what has changed. It is very disappointing! I would also like to see this flavor in k-cups as most of the coffee maker options are now this technology.

A Bad Batch?

Normally fantastic flavour, but I just called to let Folgers know I have one that tastes like regular coffee. Very sad! The Best Before date on the bottom of the container is 2018 JN 02. They are looking into it.

My wife and I have been drinking the same Folgers Vanilla for at least 6 years now and love it, but I purchased 10 cans this week and the label changed AND the taste changed.??? Now I hope the one can we tried so far is an outlier because it tastes like regular coffee... Disappointed on the change so far....

I personally don't like this flavor, but my family enjoys it. I feel it is more toffee or caramel than vanilla.
