Been drinking Pete’s coffee since 1978. Major Dickinsons is always been my favorite. as I get older I had to blend it with a decaf Hawaiian dark roast.

After purchasing and drinking Peets Coffee “Big Bang” we decided on trying a different roast named Major Dickason's Blend..
The coffee has full,yet well-rounded flavor without being too acidic or too “overwhelming” for a Dark Roast.The aroma carries notes of dark chocolate, smokiness, and a hint of earthiness, creating an enticing invitation to indulge in a truly satisfying cup of coffee.
Normally,we would stick with a Medium Roast but were ready to “up our game” and go for the Dark Roast,being Major Dickasons Blend..it did not disappoint.
Eventhough we only bought a 1lb bag,ground just a short time ago we’ve already gone through the majority of the bag!
Overall,Peets Coffee is a welcome change from buying other name brand coffees or specialty brand coffees in the Supermarket..we are always able to find plenty of our Peets Coffee favorites easily at the supermarket.
In summary,Peet's Coffee Major Dickason's Blend is a standout choice for those seeking a bold and tasty coffee experience. With its enticing aroma, well-balanced flavor, and full-bodied texture, it offers a memorable cup that can be savored throughout the day.

I have been drinking Peets coffee since 1977, when I moved to Berkeley 46 years ago. Back when you had to ooze yourself up to the bar through a thick crowd of people waiting to order. No lines at the Berkeley store back then, just a large moving mass of people wanting that first morning cup of Peets coffee.
I have made coffee in several ways: Chemex, expresso machines, French Press, and now the Aeropress, since it first came to market. I have actively disliked Major Dickason all these years for some reason. But, now I am not sure why I decided I don't like the blend, so this morning I decided I will try it again.
