Superb coffee, order processing somewhat lacking

Absolutely love the quality of the coffee! Very Fresh and excited my expectations. This is my first time ordering and I definitely will continue to order. However, on my order I requested the coffee to be ground and it was not. Moreover it took longer to arrive then I would have expected. I'm hoping that future orders will be more timely and will be delivered as requested so that I can give my order the five star review that the coffee itself deserves!

I have bought Pete's coffee on occasions during the past few years, usually Major Dickason's Blend, it
does taste a bit bitter, I think Pete's should label what is in the mix on the package. I way prefer Groundwork's
Organic coffee, I love Organic Black Magic, notes of Dark Chocolate and Red Berries or Organic Black Gold with
notes of Chocolate and Hazelnuts. Food for Thought. I was raised in France, Italy and Switzerland where the coffee is amazing.
