I've come back to Major Dickason's Blend after several years away, using a retail blend from a Canadian donut and coffee chain. I'd forgotten how robust this blend is, and how much I enjoy a good cup of it. I buy the beans and grind it with a burr grinder. I can make a good espresso and a good "gold" cup of coffee with it. In my coffee maker, to set the strength on "bold" makes this coffee run a touch bitter, but it's not a big deal for me. I love the dark roast, the chocolate-y/nutty taste.
