My review is easy - I like Major Dickason's coffee. Period. I make it with the Chemex method except when I'm in a hurry in which case, I use the pods (Keurig) method. For the Chemex method, I use a 16:1 ratio of water to beans (ground coarse). I make enough for about 2-3 cups most mornings.
