Just picked up a bag of this to try and loved it. I’m not sure how the coffee is being made based off these other reviews, but one heaping tablespoon to one cup of water does the trick. Will definitely buying more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Midnight in Alaska maybe

We were disappointed when we did not see our Dunkin Dark but this Midnight instead at our local store. Bought it and took it home, worried it would be way too dark for us. Shouldn’t have worried, because it’s just the opposite! I’m putting more coffee grounds in, and it still has no taste, and absolutely zero body. Tastes like a cup of water with a slight hint of coffee. I was so happy when I stumbled across a bag of the regular dark a few weeks back. Why do companies constantly change things! Looks like it’s time to find a new coffee brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a substitute for Dark

I had hoped that this was just a label change. It is not. I recommend that the marketing wizards refrain from telling me what my palate wants and bring back my Dark. This one really isn’t anything special.

Smooth taste for dark roast

My husband and I have been drinking Dunkin’ dark since it came out, but it has been increasingly hard to find, and this week we looked at 3 stores and couldn’t find it. Will the Dunkin’ midnight taste the same?

Why you don't sell dark roast anymore, I used to buy 6 bags a month. Also, the midnight coffee is so week nothing like dark roast!!!

We are sorry to hear that you've been having trouble finding our Dunkin' Dark coffee near you. Please know that the Midnight coffee you've mentioned is specific to the Dunkin' Shops. Dunkin' At Home does not currently offer our own Midnight retail option. Our retail version of Dunkin' Dark is manufactured and distributed by The J.M. Smucker Company and, like all of our Dunkin' At Home coffees, it is specially blended and roasted to deliver the same great taste as the brewed Dunkin' Dark coffee available in Dunkin' Shops. Truly saddened when i found out dark roast was no more. Gonna have to start looking for a new coffee elsewhere.

Why DD changing blends? I have been buying the dark roast for years and now will look for something new outside of DD. If they cancelled one blend they will probably do it again with a future blend. Sorry but bye DD coffee, we had a good run.
