The dividers are not very strong to hold a number if files, and a bit too thick. I hope to find something better

The divider actually bends the drawers outward when tightened and pushes over in a slanted position rather than standing up straight to hold the files. Unfortunately I am disappointed in both the Staples filing cabinet and the additional dividers I had to order.
