Great Bed and first time owners of a Tempur- Pedic bed!

We met with our salesman at a Mancini store. We discussed and laid on many mattresses. We initially were not considering this mattress until we spent time on it. The Medium Hybrid felt so much better than the others and the fact we did not have to turn the mattress was an added bonus! We just received it today and we spent time laying on it and wow! Even our cat loves it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My first warranty went through just fine. My second mattress was denied for not having a deep enough dent. They said I could try again later.

Haven't had a good nights sleep since we bought this mattres

We purchased the adapt mattress with an ease zero gravity frame and it's been less than a year. We called the retailer for a warranty claim and got the run around through them after a couple months we were told we needed to call the manufacture After more run around I was told it would not be covered buy warranty because to Tempur-Pedic it sounded like a comfortably issue. Pryor to getting this bed neither my wife or me we're having back pain now we get at max 2 hrs of sleep a night with out have to adjust to another position most of the time she goes out on the couch. I have recently had to start going to the a chiropractor to help with the pain. Very poor customer service and poor quality product No stars and will never recommend to anyone. I know I'm wasting my time with this review I'm sure it will never be seen by the public.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When ordering the firmness choices were only medium and firm. Because I have lower back issues and am a side sleeper with arthritis in my shoulders, hips, I ordered the medium. After sleeping on the mattress for a few months, the mattress is still too hard for me. I do not get pressure point relief.

Love the foam but it is difficult to roll over. I sleep on my side and the foam contours to my body great.
