Easy to use

On of the things I like about this cooker is it's ability to cook something till it's tender. We cooked some chicken on it and loved the fact that we didn't have to worry about it too much. It's one of those set it and forget it. It's safe to use and easy to clean!

Fun and ease cooking dinner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I adore my new Lotus the Sous Multi-Function Cooker with Tri-Ply Dutch Oven! The Lotus multi-cooker has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen.
I especially love the multi-functional versatility! I’ve used it for cooking rice, slow cooking, sous vide, and braising, everything has turned out beautifully. The sous vide feature is surprisingly accurate and easy to use, even for someone like me, who is new to it.
The Tri-Ply Dutch Oven is phenomenal. The heat distribution has been incredibly even, and it sears like a dream! I’ve used it both in my oven, and in the cooker.
I love that the lid and Tri-Ply Dutch Oven are oven safe up to 450 degrees. I also love that the lid is designed with an opening to fit the probe through.
Cleanup is also super convenient. I just pop The 7-quart, tri-ply stainless steel Dutch Oven and glass lid right into my dishwasher.

Overall, Lotus really nailed it with this product. There are only a couple things that may not work out for everyone. One, this machine takes up a bit of counter space, it works well for me because I'm putting it where my rice cooker used to be. Second it is very heavy, but that is exactly what I expect from such a high quality appliance.
It’s sleek, intuitive, and genuinely makes cooking more enjoyable. I’m finding myself experimenting more in the kitchen, and I look forward to using it for cooking meals. I Highly recommend it!

New favorite cooker

I’m so looking forward to making so many meals with this. The sleek very modern finish and timing features are amazing. Even if you cannot cook, this is good. It’s not too heavy and very sturdy.

Not an essential tool but a very nice to have for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the avid home chef, this is an excellent gadget to have on hand if you have the space. While it’s large, it basically replaces a bunch of other appliances, so net net it is probably more efficient use of space. Hopefully it lasts a long time! Relatively straightforward to set up and use if you refer to the manual.

Perfect in every way

Hesitant to change from my other named brand slow cooker but I think this is a clear winner. Would like to set a countdown timer instead of a count up timer. Might have to read the instructions some more.

High quality appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried out the Lotus Professional Series The Sous™ Multi-Function Cooker. The machine is heavy! It’s not a low quality appliance that’s going to quickly break. The lid and vessel are oven safe up to 450, which is great if I want to slow cook something and then brown the top, or simply use it as another pan. The pan also works on gas, electric, or induction stovetops! It comes with a probe and the lid has an opening for it to fit through so you’re not trying to squish the lid to fit.
It has multiple functions for the slow cooker: manual, meal timer, and program, and program has even more functionality with 1 programmed cooking temp for the whole time, 1 program with probe that cooked until temp and then keep warm, and 2 programs which cooks at one temp for a set time and then to another temp for the remainder.
It also functions as a sous vide, rice cooker, and sauté/sear which I’m excited to experiment with.
I wanted to test this out this week but was very busy with work. I’d gotten out a roast but figured it’d have to wait until the weekend. But when I came to make dinner, my husband had used it to make a roast. He isn’t a huge cook so the fact that he figured it out without guidance and made an amazing roast has to give some credit to the ease of use of the machine. I did clean up after though and it was simple to wipe down and nothing stuck. I have a feeling we’ll be using this a ton!
I’d never heard of this brand and when looking at their website and socials, they feel very glossy like a magazine. I wish they had more about the brand origin and more real life people using the appliances with recipes and tips. Other than that, I’ve really liked it so far and would love to try the other appliances in their product line.

Makes home cooking effortless, with perfectly cook

I use the sous vide mode almost every week, and my food always comes out juicy and perfectly cooked.
What I really like is how easy it is to use. I can just set it and do other things while it cooks, and everything turns out amazing. Cleanup is simple, and it doesn’t take up too much space in my kitchen.
This cooker has completely changed how I cook at home, and I genuinely look forward to using it every time.
