Horrible product

I do not recommend this Ergo Smart Tempur base at all. Since I bought it, I have had problems with it activating itself in the early mornings. The vibration massage function has no way to turn it off, even when disconnected from the wall. The manufacturing company and the store where I bought it are not willing to replace it. The base that I am under warranty and that definitely came with some manufacturing defect, I paid 2,000 for something that I am not enjoying and using correctly and they don't care, I don't recommend bad service and use at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Like range of adjustment. Unconscionable that such an expensive product would not include universal headboard brackets. Had to order post facto and as a senior had a really difficult time installing brackets after the ergo and mattress already in place. At the very least website should recommend ordering brackets such that they can be put on by white glove delivery.

I, unfortunately, made the mistake of recycling an old bed base and buying this new one right after my mom died when I wasn't thinking properly. It cost so much money, yet I've never slept well on it. It seemed ok when I tried it out in the shop but it doesn't do much for such an expensive product. The massager is lackluster and the base is hard and uncomfortable. All I've gotten out of it is a huge bill, sleepless nights, and aches and pains. I don't recommend this product. I would have been better off keeping the old base.
