It's cool to have an adjustable frame but if it was returnable I'd be returning this too. It's not worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this base because I didnt like the idea of a smart base and we love it. The zero g setting is the best way to sleep by far. The legs are adjustable which is great if you want to store items under the bed. The only down fall is the message button, the first setting is so light you can't feel it or it feels like it cuts in and out but the second setting works perfectly.

Stopped working after 4 nights

Bought TEMPUR-Ergo Power Base from local Mattress Firm on Sunday, 6/4/23. It was delivered & set up on Thursday, 6/8/23. Stopped working on Monday, 6/12/23. Power box clicks when remote buttons are pushed, but nothing happens. Called customer service Tuesday, 6/13/23. Agent just had a couple of suggestions for me and none worked. She said a technician wouldn't be available until Tuesday, 6/20/23. We may just return it.

Tempur-Pedic does not always mean quality...

I regret this purchase so much. Definitely was a poor decision on my part to trust that Tempur-Pedic always means quality. Won't make that same mistake again. I've had to call Tempur-Pedic numerous times because the base does not function properly. The problems I've had seem pretty common; the technician that came to fix it was very familiar with this specific problem. I read and followed all the care instructions for the base. The computer fizzled out within a month and the base would not turn on at all. Had to wait a week for a technician to come out and fix it. He discovered that both motors needed to be replaced along with the computer. The first time they sent him out, Tempur-Pedic didn't order the correct parts so he had to come back another week. The second time he came he got it fixed. However, within a few days the same problems arose. When using the massage function the motors eventually start to make a squeaking sound and stop working. So I am going to have to take time on my lunch today to call customer service and start the whole process again. Not a good first experience with Tempur-Pedic.

Really like this base. Well designed, powerful lifting and massage. The lights are neat, and we actually ended up using both USB ports. Of course a little pricey, but it does seem well built.
