Defective USB ports otherwise great!

I gotta say I'm really disappointed the USB ports don't work. I know that seems petty, but I could have bought another brand for lessor $$, but decided to stick with Tempur for the brand and perceived quality. How hard can it be to test that stuff before it leaves the factory? It's more of an inconvenience than anything. Customer support was fantastic and is getting the part sent to an installer who is coming out to replace a power cable. The base itself is excellent. It's quiet and while basic in presets it's all I needed and really completes the mattress. It's a totally different mattress with a base.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I finally bought an adjustable base! It has made watching TV and reading books in bed way more comfortable and enjoyable. I upgraded from the most basic model due to a Labor Day deal. The massage feature and zero gravity function was better than expected and is nice after a long day. The under bed lights are great for when my dog wants to go outside in the middle of the night. I haven't needed to use the lumbar function much since I got a new mattress too but may be more useful as it gets older. Very happy with my purchase!
