[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The power-base is a must if you are upgrading to a new Tempur-Pedic bed. We had an existing wood frame, and were concerned that the power base would not fit inside of the frame. We measured first to be safe, but the power base fit with no problems at all! I left four stars instead of five, because the vibration feature tends to turn off randomly (everytime we use it). We ordered this power base because it lifted legs, back, and had a lumbar support- not because of the vibration feature. At this price point, I was hoping there wouldn't be any problems. All that said, I would still 100% buy this base again, and strongly recommend!!

Not cheap but if you have money to give away it's a must. We opted for the one without all the bells and whistles as this gave us most of the features we wanted.

I imagine the tempur ergo base will be great. At least I hope so since the alternative would be a third ease base. The first two broke in the same place. Also really great that I have to come up with my own low interest financing for the difference of this hopefully functioning base. Also really warms my bits that I'm treated to a $175 shipping charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased a mattress and an adjustable base from the Mattress Hub. We didn't realize at the time that it was not directly from Tempurpedic. (We were at a home show, not at a store location) Our mattress and base were delivered pretty quickly and installation was great. The guys said everything works and left. Later that day, I tried the options on the bed, i.e. light, up/down, vibrate, etc. Everything worked but the vibrate option. I called Tempurpedic directly, again, not realizing that is not where we bought our bed. The customer service rep that we talked to said that we didn't buy directly from them but still set up a service appointment for us. She was extremely polite and helpful. Top notch service from Tempurpedic. A service tech was at the house within a week of my call, he checked with me 2-3 times to set up a time/date that worked with me, confirmed it ahead of time and called ahead of the appointment. When he entered my home he offered to take off his shoes and then I took him to the room with the bed. I helped move the mattress so he could get under the base to fix the motor. He was very efficient, he may have been her for 10 minutes tops. I appreciate this as I work from home so I didn't miss much work time while he was here. When I went to see how things were going he had the base fixed and the mattress back in place. He tested it to make sure it works and it actually does this time! Sunny was extremely nice and we started talking about what he does. He has a company called Definition Audio Video and they do home theaters, security systems, etc. He was very professional so I am hoping to use his other services in the future. I didn't have to pay for today's service so the least I can do is write this review. Tempurpedic and Sunny at Definition Audio Video and awesome. I would recommend either any day. Oh, and so far, the mattress is nice too. We bought the Tempur Pro Adapt, medium hybrid. My husband has back issues and is extremely pleased with it.
