The power base takes some getting used to

The power base has some nice options like the ergo position but we still lie the bed straight to sleep. It's great to push the head up for reading but then the mattress moves and has to be readjusted. I think it just takes some getting used to. Overall it's good, we just aren't using it much yet.

Great product, poor "white glove" delivery service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the bed on 12/5. Original delivery on 12/20. Immediately upon arrival the delivery team advised over and over it would not fit up my interior staircase. They kept asking me what I wanted to do without ever taking the bed off the truck or trying. I said if you're certain it would fit then I cannot keep it. Contacted the team and they advise that is not how it works and they rescheduled delivery. Took another month before they came back. Same delivery team giving me attitude about "trying again here." They almost quit trying before I had to get assertive to tell them to do their job and even offer to help get it upstairs. I ended up doing more of the delivery portion MYSELF. After they left I had to readjust and tighten the bed legs and remove the trash they were supposed to clean and remove. I love the mattress but the delivery experience was pathetic. No one offered any compensation for the experience which is what they boost about. If you order get ready to see lazy delivery team.

A lot of rattling and two warranty replacements haven't help

We bought this largely because of the vibrating base, but it has rattled loudly from the first week we bought it over a year ago. We've had the vibration motors replaced twice now, and it worse than ever. A third attempt is being made in the next few weeks; this time replacing the entire base. It's great that the company is honoring their warranty and attempting to fixt this, but not so good that for the fairly high cost of the product, it has never been right for 15 months now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
