We’ve had 2 bases in less than 2 years and both bases move/shake when rolling over in bed. I DO NOT recommend the base. The ‘white glove delivery service’ is a joke. The delivery men do not tighten the legs, which should be part of the delivery service. We will never purchase this product again and I do not recommend! And yes, I’ve contacted service several times about the issue.

My bed, even though I stopped using the remote, kept creeping away from the wall, and when I’d
slide it back, it would put pressure on the legs, and eventually they became loose.and I had a couple legs pull the fittings out, withe the screws still in them.

Love the bed. Issue with the adjustable base after almost 2 months finally getting a replacement. The entire warranty procedure is awful. Any other beds we need will be purchased elsewhere.
