[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be frank, I did not need all the fancy features that the more expensive adjustable bases offer. In the past, I have never used the massage features. So I just opted for a version that has zero gravity and allows me to adjust the head and foot areas of my bed. My only gripe is that I think the remote is too small. Besides that, the motor operates quietly and smoothly. Moreover, it quickly lifts or lowers the bed to your desired position. The base is not cheap quality. It seems robust and I am quite pleased with the look and feel of all the materials. My recommendation for prospective buyers would be to purchase this adjustable base and take the money that you do not spend on a more expensive adjustable base and put it towards a more expensive mattress.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coordinating delivery was awful, in fact they didn't show up or contact us, showed up 2-1/2 hours late while we were out at dinner, though they hadn't left when we got home, but still managed to weasel out of actually delivering the bed on the truck. The next delivery people were fantastic. Bed works great as a flat bed, but stopped functioning as an adjustable bed after 3 light uses. I will be contacting them about that ASAP.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the first time to buy this types of adjustable bed frame. I really like it. Easy to use. Very comfortable.especially gravity mode.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the zero gravity setting for sleep. Prop up the back for watching tv. Super easy to use and fit right in my bed frame.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love love being able to elevate my feet after a long day of work on my feet! it makes being in bed such a pleasant experience!!
I purchased the Ease adjustable frame. It's a basic model which I prefer - I tend not to preprogramme things and I didn't need the underbed light so the Ease was a good choice. Lying on my back in the zero gravity setting is very comfortable and I sleep a bit deeper than I used to. I do sometimes flip to my stomach and I have to wake and change to the flat setting or I end up banana shaped. All in all, I am well pleased with the frame. I teamed it with an organic mattress and they work beautifully together. Highly recommend the frame.
