I struggle with GERD. I have had 21 consecutive nights sleep with no reflux. So different than elevating the whole bed. Feeling so much better being able to sleep all night without waking up and needing to finish the night in the recliner.
My husband and I both have Gerd, acid reflux, especially at night. We absolutely love the Ease with our new mattress. What a game changer!! We can raise the head of our bed a little, and we both sleep better than we have in a very long time. Amazing! I especially enjoy raising my feet and legs. I have some back discomfort at times, and I use the zero gravity for a little bit, and I feel so much better.
Best ever restful sleep from day one. No more tossing and turning to get comfy, just push a button to change position, and right back to sleep. Issues with lower legs (restless legs syndrome)has lessened when in the raised position. Interesting to note that the adjustable frame fits the same space as my replaced foundation. No need to redesign the bed framing. A wrist lanyard/band would be helpful in locating the remote control in the dark. IMO money well spent.
I bought a twin, and immediately wished I had bought a twin long. I am 5'8", and I can fit on a twin when I am lying flat. But when the head is fully raised, my feet touch the retaining clip at the end of the foundation. Apart from that, it meets my needs.
