We had the bed with the frame that we purchased about 1 1/2 months before the leg on the base bent. Not very happy. Hoping we can get a new leg sent to us☹️

We purchased this frame for my wife's surgery! If anyone has had a Rotator Cuff surgery like I have, spending 6 weeks in a recliner with your arm in a sling is no fun! We have a Tempur-Pedic mattress! I did not want my wife to experience what I did! This has mad her experience so much better! We can both still be in bed together and she is very comfortable and gets a good nights sleep as do I!!!

We have loved our purchase from day one, and recently while remodeling our home I broke the cord to the base not paying attention. I called customer service to order another part hoping this would be the fix, and within minutes they identified the part and had it scheduled to ship out for two day delivery! I was so impressed with the customer service as we have always loved our purchase, but now the service is the icing on the cake! Thank you!

So we've been using our new bed with adjustable base for a little over two months. I did take a bit of getting used to at first of trying to figure out the right adjustment to help my husband and I sleep well. The base does come with a remote control as well. I kind of wish we had made this upgrade sooner. The only thing that sometimes is an issue when moving the bed up and back down it disrputs the mattress pad and fitted sheet where the come off the mattress.

The Ease adjustable base is the perfect compliment to my Tempur Cloud. Perfect for watching tv and for sleeping. It fit perfectly inside my bed frame without alterations. I don't think a day has based that I don't say "I love my bed". Best bed I've ever owned.

Zero Gravity button/option is where it's at!!! Sleeping sound for a full night and wake up feeling rested. Construction and active lifestyle can cause discomfort, but this base/mattress combo allows for rest and recovery. Advice both back sleepers or get king with split base example wife side sleeper husband back sleeper can't accommodate the two with one base go for the split if an issue
