The product is high quality and comfortable. The only disappointment I experienced is that it didn't match the photo entirely. I was hoping to have my knees raised, as the photo indicates, but it actually (at least in my case) raised the feet straight up, causing me to have to place a pillow under my knees every night. Still, that's a small price for the comfort this setup affords. I will not be returning it for sure!

Apparently, if you press two buttons at once on this remote, you activate the child lock. As a result the remote does not work. It turns out it is surprisingly easy to press two buttons at once - given that the buttons are so close together and that the remote is not litAt night. I read one review where a woman said that she repeatedly accidentally pressed a button that caused your husbands vibration feature to activate, thereby waking him up! My worst experience was when the bed locked in the upright position at 2 AM.

It took me a few nights to get accustomed to it. After 4 nights or so, my body adjusted to the difference mattress and I have slept very well. The split king is great if you enjoy difference settings or if one of you likes to read at night. It is tougher to cuddle in since there is a gap in the middle of the two mattresses but we just put a regular king sheet over, rather than two individuals. The whole package is a great investment. We love the zero gravity option for watching tv or reading. It really feels great on the body.

I highly recommend the Ease adjustable base. I had the base for about one week before I tried sleeping in the zero gravity position. It was the first time in many years that I woke up without pain in my hips. I have been sleeping in that position for two months now and I continue to wake up pain free. The only downside is if your partner doesn't like that position. In that case you would need a split base.

The single bed mattress is very light and moves around and separates with a big gap in the middle. I've never used the adjustment on my side nor has my husband found a comfortable setting. I also don't like the looks of the adjustable base
