Love the zero setting

Broke my shoulder and have to sleep on my back. The zero setting makes it more comfortable

I called to upgrade to a more expensive and adjustable frame I was told I could not upgrade. If I wanted the upgraded frame I would have to pay full price for it. Not the customer service I expected from a leading company in the mattress industry. This was my second purchase from tempurpedic but will be my last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having Multiple Sclerosis makes it hard to get comfortable when laying in bed. Being able to lift my legs and head takes a lot of pressure off of my legs and back. The only downside to it is that the mattress tends to slide on the base. I don't think there's any way to prevent that from happening

Management at this company is beyond incompetent. They won't help you out and lack any sense of doing right for a customer. Product also is not as sturdy and comfortable as advertised Would pass buying from these guys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from acid reflux and although I don't have sleep apnea, I do tend to snore quite a bit. Before I got this adjustable base, I would wake up multiple times through out the night due to these issues. Since I've been using this base, along with the pre programmed "zero g" setting, I have not had a single night of interrupted sleep. I'm amazed!

Broken power base I'm still paying on

In good faith, I cannot recommend Tempur-Pedic and their products. I had a power base the broke twice, leaving me to sleep on the floor while it was sorted out. They credited me with the amount I paid for the base, but my only option was the purchase a foundation that cost less than I paid for the power base. They could not refund me the remainder of the cost, so now I am stuck paying on the power base and am now using a cheaper product. Their products are not worth the price, and they could not work with me on the situation I am in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
