[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered split kings so received 2 bases; one base was fine and the other base the installers forced two of the legs to screw in so the holes in the base were stripped. I had to wait over 2 weeks for a replacement, which meant I was in a separate bedroom than my spouse. Very inconvenient, but otherwise now that they are installed they work fine! There is more to this nightmare, please continue with my review on the mattresses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was promised white glove delivery and set up. They scheduled a day with me to deliver but failed to show up or call and I moved my entire week around this delivery. It was important week too so that was very frustrating. When they finally arrived a few days later they didn't set it up. I feel jipped out of the money I spent towards white glove delivery.

Need lumbar support and I can't return

This base is very uncomfortable. I need the upgraded version but they will not allow me to return this base to upgrade. Buyer beware. All sheet and base sells are final. After owning a Tempur-Pedic for 25 yrs (3 different bases and mattresses) I will never buy again simply because I cannot return for an upgrade.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
