[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This base is great. The motor is very powerful and quiet in operation. The base provides all the basic functions required to put the bed into a reading or relaxing position. The pre-set ZeroG position is a plus, but overall, I like that this base has just the essentials. The biggest plus in my opinion, is that the motors do not take up space under the bed. This allows you to store items under the bed or lower it directly to the floor. Most other solutions I have seen require the lifting mechanism to take up a substantial amount of space when operating.
The power converter went out after just 3 years. It's an expensive part for what it is. The warranty submission process is horrible. I've been working on it an hour and still not finished with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for my dad who really likes it, and he is hard to please. It supports every Tempur mattress and is comfortable. The adjustments to the legs are easy and the space beneath the bed is helpful for storage.
Was experiencing back pain on previous innerspring mattress that was only 3 years old. Purchased TempurPedic adjustable and now wake up with no back pain. Love it.
My partner wanted a base for our new mattress that did not move at all. I convinced him that we buy the Ease base where the head and or the feet can be raised. I left the control on his side of the bed. He discovered that raising the head just a touch really does stop snoring. (mine).
