The adjustable base is the icing on the cake as the zero gravity is so relaxing for reading, watching tv etc. The ability to elevate the head has greatly helped with my reflux issues. Very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very tight fit in our bed frame. I thought I'd like having an adjustable base, but Im not liking it like I thought I would. It causes the sheets to loosen up and is just an awkward shape. I would prefer to just use my pillows to sit up.

We bought this base to go with our new mattress and thought it'd be best to get all Temper-pedic items. It's a good base overall but the zero g preset is a little weird - your feet are higher up than your head. Also the bed squeaks a lot every time you move.
I would recommend this to a friend!
