Product is fine within first 3 to 4 years only! after that it start sinking and causing terrible body pain because it shapes to your body that is not suppose to, there is no direct phone number to contact warranty Dept to discuss, only email. They ask for too many Un necessary, irrelevant and none make sense documentation and ignoring for the warranty coverage. 100% not recommended.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
