[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bad knees that make it difficult to lay on my back comfortably.. The power base allows me to raise my knees a little to take the strain off. My wife likes the fact that when my head is raised a little the snoring is a lot less too. Couldnt be happier. 4 stars only as it is a bit expensive for what it is.

They quickly and carefully removed the old beds and setup the new beds fast, the installers cleaned up before leaving. Also, they walked me through operation of the new beds. Great exper!

Mattress slides

Unhappy with the base. We purchased the complete set. Our split king mattress slides to the sides. There is no side support of the mattress from sliding on the base. Trying to get assistance from customer support is poor currently.

We used this Base very few times then it just quit. Asked for a refund and was told no can do. Once they get your money then they move very slow

Adjustable base has an easy to use remote. Changing position, especially raising the head, comes in handy when you have a cold or a digestive issue.

the ease base is fun to use while watching tv at and in so many positions that is comfortable on our lower backs. easy to make the bed if you raise each end..
