Seems like a solid laptop, feels much sturdier than a competitor brand I bought a year ago. (That competitor removed the Insert key and put the power button in an odd place, but ASUS got this right.) The ASUS tiny power light is hidden on the side so it's hard to know if it's on if the screen is blank, so I often push the caps lock to see if it lights up. Like all the other laptops these days, it only has a few USB ports, no DVD, no RJ45. For the price, I'm still very pleased with this one!
Terrible. Do not buy. ASUS support recommended I send it in for repairs the day after I bought it. Was stuck in “S Mode”

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your dissatisfaction with the quality your recent customer service experience and the inconvenience this may have caused if Windows was stuck in S Mode. The laptop comes with a WINDOWS 11 S Mode version, which was intended for speed, simplicity, and security. Only applications available at the Microsoft Store can be installed. If this is your first experience with Windows 11, please go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/features?r=1 for helpful tips on how to navigate within the OS smoothly. In order to install third-party applications, the OS needs to be switched to WINDOWS 11 HOME. For tutorials on how to switch the OS, please go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-119f-031bfb28a307#WindowsVersion=Windows_11. Switching the OS from S Mode to Home Edition is free.
