Almost perfect

I've tried several cases for the Incredible and this is by far the best. I love how it looks and feels. I prefer the feel of my phone with this case on vs it being naked. Makes the phone feel more tactile and solid. I've dropped my phone a few times from decent heights (I'm 6'2) and every time there has been zero scratches. I can't comment on the screen protector it comes with as I already had one affixed from a previous third-party purchase, but the case itself does even a fine job at giving the screen some slight protection as well due to it adding a little more recess.
As far as the negatives? Well.. the very nature of silicone means that it attracts a lot of pocket lint. I know there's no real way around this, but I guess better to get lint around the case rather than inside the phone where the silicone does a very fine job at plugging up. Only other gripe also has to do with the silicone aspect.. the top and bottom part of the case where there is not plastic surrounding the phone.. the silicone can snag. I don't know any way around this due to how the case is designed, only thing that comes to mind is perhaps making the silicone tighter in those areas, but that might make it harder for installation/removal.
All in all, great case and highly recommended. Great protection and innovation.

Cons: lint magnet, loose/snagging silicone on top and bottom

This is the second otterbox case I have owned ( 2 different phones) and the quality and construction seems to be alike and this is a great case. I will always buy an otterbox commuter case for my phones ( as long as they make them!!!)
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: no color choices. :(

I have used a lot of cases out there but I always end up using an Otterbox. I love the Commuter Series becuese it is very easy to slide in to a pocket via the hard shell outer layer, but protects the device better with the silicone inner layer. Its the best of both worlds!! Thanks Otterbox for another great case!

This is my first OtterBox and I am totally stoked about it. I have friends with Iphones that recommended OtterBox and I am completely happy. As soon as I got my Incredible I looked to see if OtterBox offered a case for my phone. I am rough on all my stuff so I wanted a case that kept up with my lifestyle. I carry mine in my pocket so the Commuter was a must with the plastic outer shell. I searched for everything out there and all my research solidified my decision. ORDER ONE TODAY!
Pros: High quality, Durable, protection, adds much needed bulk

USB outlet cover doesn't fit

The cover for the usb outlet is reversed and thus doesn't actually fit. Seems like a novice mistake. Also, I understand the thickness is directly related to the amount of protection but I wish the cover could be a little less bulky.

This is my first otterbox. Looks nice. Feels nice. Adds some thickness and weight to the phone but I guess that is to be expected. I do love the perfect fit of the head phone jack and usb plugs. I have not had the case for to long now but I don't like how the top and bottom of the case are just the rubber casing. It's nice because it adds grip but feels like if it drops on the bottom or top edge, the phone will be less protected. One last thing, the back of the case is very smooth. Nice look but slips out of the hand easy. Would like to have some kind of texture somewhere on the back. Long story short, I feel comfortable protecting my phone with this case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Commuter Case Hits the Mark Again!

Another great product. Works best for carrying the phone in a pocket. Does not catch on entry and exit from pockets as other cases do that have soft outer shells.
Pros: High quality, Durable, looks good
