Great ring, bad for midnight shift workers!!

I’ve had this since August of 2023, and I do love it however I feel I need to write a review in hopes enough people are talking about it. First, again this ring is great and I use it to track my ovulation which it does a pretty good job at. Sometimes the syncing of the ours ring to its own app and then to natural cycles takes awhile if I don’t remember to sync them everyday. Thats my biggest complaint there. Although I have noticed how great it is at tracking temperature and sleep for ovulation, I cannot say it is very great at it when you are sleeping on a weird schedule like I do because I am a shift worker. Unfortunately, the ring doesn’t detect changes to sleep schedule for periods of time. For example: I just woke up from sleeping from 1pm-6:45pm and the app synced my information, but the sleeping information from my sleep yesterday is loaded into today. That information reads as going to sleep at 12pm-8:51pm. I will note at the time of syncing and even writing this review, it isn’t even 8:51pm today so I’m not sure where the app thinks that those number are correct. So to reiterate none of my sleep from today was recorded at all. This is frustrating for people like me who work shift work and rely on the ring to get temperatures for ovulation data. OURA, please build the app and make the necessary adjustments so that shift workers can have just as good as experience as those who have normal human schedules!

Best Wearable

Been using this ring for nearly a year now before the battery gave out, fortunately a replacement was covered under the warranty and promptly shipped. During the 8 days I went without a ring I felt like a part of me was missing, as I have used Oura these past 11 months to track and greatly improve my health. I look forward to using Oura for years to come.

The Oura Ring is very super to follow your health

The Oura Watch has surpassed my expectations. It is simply a Nice and easy way to learn more about Sleep which is so important for our wellbeing and psycical and mental balance. The ring clearly shows what it does to your sleep if you have an out balanced day with to little excersize, to much alcohol and/or to late dinners etc. So for me it is a way to act on the results and by that improve my sleep. Further the Gen. 3 ring has also a number of features to show results of your exersice goals. All in all a very nice way of following yourself with the ambition to stay healthy. My ring is brushed titanium and it looks great also.

I bought it few weeks ago after I bought it for my husband.he was so happy with the ring that I decided I wanted to give it a try.I’m very happy I did it because I just love it, it’s exciting to see the quality of your sleep and daytime routine. It’s an amazing product and looks very chic as well
