Great for dry weather or everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier is on the larger side due to its capacity, but it is quite lightweight. There are even handles on the sides of the unit, so moving it around from room to room is super easy. While its operation is pretty quiet, I still appreciate the mute and ambient lighting options which are perfect for nighttime use. Of course there is a remote included, but you can also download an app for the controls. I personally prefer the remote but it's always nice to have other options. Since this unit can hold a lot of water, it will run for hours before needing to be refilled. As for refills, you technically can use tap water but I find distilled a better choice so there's less buildup and cleaning necessary. The humidity level detector seems to be accurate, and the drop collector at the top works well at collecting excess moisture. I did not experience any leakage at all so far. Another sort of unique feature I really like is the 24 included aroma pads. You drop some essential oils on the pad and have a two in one diffuser and humidifier. This is great for year round in my opinion but will be especially nice for the dry winter weather coming up!

It does the job. Good value humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good humidifier. It has a nice big reservoir, so you don’t have to keep filling it up. However you do need a lot of distilled water. Set up is easy but the unit itself feels a little light. I’m not sure about overall build quality and longevity. It is easy to use and I like that it is smart and auto detects the humidity so you don’t over humidify your home.

Easy to use and effective humidifier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dry air is a huge problem in winter, but thanks to this humidifier by Dreo that is no longer an issue!
The humidifier is easy to inbox and put together, and the quick start guide is easy understand. The bulk of the height is actually the water reservoir. Its so tall I had some trouble getting it under the sink to fill. That said its large enough to run for quite a while without refilling.
The humidifier itself works great, it cycles on and off automatically as intended to maintain humidity. The vapor itself doesn't really smell or anything, but the machine does have a little place to add pads of essential oils to help make the mist smell nice.
This comes with an app, which is easy to set up and link to the machine. It didnt feel like a sketchy download, which I appreciated. It controls the humidifier quickly and easily via wifi with no issues. It also works with other Dreo products and allows you to sort by room, etc. I dont have other products to tey that with, but it's a nice feature.
I'm quite happy with this humidifier, it works exactly as expected!

Great for overnight comfort and larger rooms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does your spouse snore? Does the air feel normal but you know it has to be dry based on how your mouth feels when you wake up? This Dreo Smart Humidifer 556S can seriously help with these issues.
One of my favorite features is the adjustable 0-12 hour timer, which makes it perfect for overnight use. You can easily adjust the modes from runtime, to humidity, based on what feels comfortable to you with the use of the handy remote (included) or by the touch sensor buttons on the front of the machine. I also really like the ambient light. You can leave it on for a soft glow or turn it off you prefer the dark …and it still works the same no matter which light option you prefer! Oh did I mention it can connect to your WiFi?! 🤯
This model feels sturdy and well-made. Its easy to put together and refill. Remember those noisy ones we used for our children that seemed like a Tetris puzzle to put together? This Dreo blows that out of the water. Easy to use, assemble and provides comfortable and much needed moisture into your large space.. Consider this when you’re shopping for your next humidifier.

The item I didn’t know I needed and come to love!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has easily become the best thing I didn’t know I needed. I’ve never had a humidifier before! It makes my bedroom less dry, suprisingly makes me sleep better at night and is almost silent! In the day you can but a scent in the humidifier! Which is a great option. There was minimal set up. I downloaded the app and from there you can st it for certain times. It tells you when you need to change the filter, and percentage of how humid it is in room. It’s just a great item that I need to now buy another one because my daughter wants one for her room.

Powerful, quiet, and perfect for a large room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with this Dreo smart humidifier. The 10.5L tank is huge, so I don't have to constantly refill it. And the top-fill design makes adding water so much easier. Despite the size, the tower design is slim and modern and doesn't take up a ton of floor space. It's also surprisingly quiet, which makes it great for a bedroom. And I really like being able to control the humidity level from the app or remote instead of having to walk over to it. The display is easy to read, and the lighting has a nice extra touch that can turn off when you don't want it. Overall, this feels much more substantial than a typical humidifier. I'd definitely recommend it if you need something for a bedroom, living room, or larger space.
