Good Concept; Questionable Durability

This thing was great….while it lasted. I have had two each lasted maybe two years. Maybe 35 uses. Then the auto sensor fails and you are grilling by trial and error. The concept is good; the quality and durability is suspect.

I've only cooked chicken and potatoes (from the recipe in the little cookbook that came with it) it was cooked to perfection and was so delicious. No flying grease around my kitchen from cooking with the grill. Love it

This has been great so far. I have done chicken breasts twice. First time I cut some of the thickest part away so the thickness was more uniform. Second time decided to try not doing that. Both worked great. Going to try flank steak tonight.

I’ve owned two of these.
The first one I bought new and used it daily until it died on me, approximately two years after first purchasing.
Bought a second one and it also failed after two years.
This appliance is too expensive to buy a third. Wish it was more reliable.

Grill Plates will no longer clean. Appliance no longer usable.

This was a gift for my family. The plates did not lock in when first tried to use. I had that fixed through T-Fal.
We've had the replacement since January or February of '25. It is used 1-2 times per week. Washed it after every use by hand with a soft sponge. We noticed that after a few weeks, the sponge was not enough to remove the gunk build up between the plate lines. We've tried our best to keep it as clean as possible, but to no avail, these grill plates are the worst to clean. We'll never purchase a T-Fal. And we hope to not be gifted one either. After 20 years of cooking, this is our 3rd grill we've owned. The first 2 grills, by a different manufacturer, lasted us years and not months like this grill did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, a go to in my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using this grill, especially since my apartment complex does not have an outdoor grill. The grill plates are really easy to remove for cleaning and it is nice to be able to have a nice grilled steak, especially in the summer months coming. there’s no production when using this product, just plug the grill in and away you go.

Better than the George Forman

I have the George Forman XL and I like this due to all the smart features and it allows me to cook multiple things at the press of a button. The cook was pretty on spot too. Easy to clean easy to keep, I definitely recommend. Maintenance is super minimal too.
