Seems to do what it is supposed to do. More predictable than most toasters!

The compact size is great. Toasts bagel perfectly. Pleasantly surprised by the defrost feature.

I have to set mine on a 1 for light toast. The 2.5 is pretty much medium. This is for wheat bread. I have not tried a toasting a bagel yet. I’m still deciding if I want to return it.

Best toaster I've ever owned. It's simple, yet versatile and it's very affordable. Much better than heating up a toaster oven just for a slice of toast or a bagel. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a 2 slice toaster.
I would recommend this to a friend!
